The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, making our stay mind-blowing! Free parking and easy walk to the beach and historic town center. The apartment had everything we needed, from free Wi-Fi to a flat-screen TV. The rooms were comfortably cool with air conditioning, and the kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and utensils. The staff was incredibly helpful and the entire place was exceptionally clean. Plus, with two bathrooms, it was perfect for families. our stay at this property was jaw-droppingly amazing!

Nice and clean room

The building where you arrive for the first time to pick up the keys is a little disapointing. In addition is difficult to find it in the city the place is very bad indicated.

The apartment was very clean, thanks for that. The apartment is situated in a very peaceful street, close to a few good grocery stores and beach. You have to walk quite a bit to the old town, though. For us, it wasn't a long walk, but if you have problems with walking etc, you may want to consider staying closer to town. Nice terrace and air-conditioning in the room. The owner speaks English well.

The room was slightly over-priced (90 euros per night, compared e.g. to a much better apartment on the island of Vis for 60 euros per night). No breakfast included.

The location was so clutch - just a quick walk to the lit beach and a short stroll to the hype center of Split. The AC was super chill, keeping us fresh in the hot weather. They even hooked us up with towels and the kitchens were fully stacked. The beds were mad comfy, and checking in and out was a breeze. Defo recommend this spot for a lit vacay with your squad!

If there was one thing we could ask for, it would be a more fire party atmosphere. Like, we're young and ready to go wild, but it was a bit too quiet for our taste.

Room was a nice size, the beds were comfy and the air conditioner worked great. The ac is very important after being out in the intense 40c heat. The location was great just a 10 min walk down to the beaches and the Riva. It was in a residential area that felt pretty safe and looked nicely kept.

There in no sound barrier between the hallway and the rooms. So if your neighbor decides that it's o if their kids run around screaming in the hallway at 8am, you'll hear every little bit. They should put up some sort of signs or warn the guests about this. Also the cup provided in the bathroom was dirty, but the bath and the room were spotless.

overall, it’s comfortable place for exploring split tourist places. staffs are very professional and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - just a quick walk to the beach and a short distance from the old town and center. The hotel facilities were excellent, with great air conditioning and well-equipped kitchens. The beds were comfortable and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment is within walking distance of the city centre (Diocletian Palace). Moreover, it was spacious. Parking place directly at the apartment.

It was great! Nice room with bath and kitchen. Very clean and modern. With the own key you can get in when ever you want. Only 5 minutes walking distance to the famous sand-beach and bar/disco "bacvice" and a few minutes more to the center. You don't need a taxi or buses. If there are any questions or wishes you can ask the sympatic family upstairs who helps you everytime. Next time in split I will come again. Hvala!

The room here was great with a super comfy bed, a fridge, and AC. The large balcony was a bonus. The staff were really nice and welcoming. I had a wonderful time here! 😊

The location was good approx. 1 km from the palace and the centre. The nearest beach was close, just 10 minute walk.

The only bad thing was the dogs whose were barking outside, otherwise it was calm there.

Friendly landlord, quiet surroundings, parking available, nice walk into the centre, very modern air conditioned room with good shower, would stay there again

The place is conveniently located near a supermarket, and the room was fully-equipped.

After finding out my suitcase wheels were broken by my airline, having to break my lock then realising the st maps didnt really have enough information, I was so happy to call the team up. They came and found me (I was only a minute away!) Such a nice relief to have a friendly welcoming for someone that had just had a nightmare of a trip.I would def say to call them to come and pick you up as walking up the hill with my broken suitcase at 11am was not fun.
